The hotel has a fantastic view of the palace opposite us, but the room's location next to the lift and stair was a minor inconvenience. The service was excellent, with staff who speak varied languages. The location is perfect, close to Pricipé Pio station, and the dining experience was globally inspired, offering plenty of tasty options. However, the room was a little hard to find at first.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the palace and close to local transport. The rooms, though with a fantastic view of the palace, lack daytime curtains for privacy. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a great view of the royal palace from my room, although the limited view due to trees could be a drawback. The service was very helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was quite good, but prices were a bit high.
